She has advised private companies of all stages on fundraising, operations, and M&A, managing complex deals and teams across the U.S. and internationally. She is admitted to practice law in California.

Her combined legal and operational experience allows her to support founders with both strategy and execution. At Lexsy, she provides legal services to clients and serves as Chief Operations Officer.

When she’s not working, Elena enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and has recently discovered a passion for sailing. She values striving for excellence, bringing that spirit into both her work and life.
